1. Services
Handy 4 London provides professional handyman services including painting, carpentry, general repairs, and property maintenance across Central, North, and West London.
2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Prices may vary if the scope of work changes
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on site conditions
- Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences
3. Booking and Cancellation
- Bookings are confirmed upon acceptance of quote
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
4. Liability and Insurance
- We carry full public liability insurance
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects
- Claims must be reported within 7 days of work completion
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
- Late payments may incur interest charges
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the work area
- Ensure pets are secured during our visit
- Inform us of any hazards or special requirements
7. Warranty
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from completion date. This does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by third parties.
8. Complaints
If you're not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work to resolve any issues promptly.
